Privacy Policy

Admi (“we,” “us”) makes a shared family shopping list. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We built Admi to collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

• Account — when you sign in with Apple, we receive a stable anonymous identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name. We do not receive your Apple password or email unless you provide it.
• Your lists — the shelves, items, quantities, and household you create in the app. This is the core of the service.
• Household membership — who is in your shared home, so lists sync between members.
• Device token — if you enable notifications, a push token so we can send “picked up” alerts.
• Voice-added items — when you add an item via Alexa or Siri, we store the item text on your list, the same as a typed item.

How we use it

• To provide the shopping-list features: shelves, sharing, Admi Day consolidation, and notifications.
• To sync your data across your devices and household members.
• To operate and secure the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Voice assistants

If you link Amazon Alexa, Alexa sends the item you dictate to our servers using a secure account-linking token so we know which list to update. Siri runs on your device and adds items through the same app. Review Amazon’s and Apple’s own privacy policies for how those assistants handle your voice.

Sending your list to a store

“Send to store” opens a retailer (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, or one you add) with your items as a search or copies your list to your clipboard. Admi does not place orders or process payments; any purchase happens in that retailer’s own app under their policies.

Sharing

Your lists are shared only with members of your household who join with your invite code. We share data with service providers who host the app (our cloud and database provider) solely to run the service.

Your choices

• You can edit or delete items and shelves at any time.
• You can turn off notifications in the app or your device settings.
• You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

Children

Admi is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
